IHF HKD Spain is a national association that promotes Hapkido, Hankido and Hankumdo, as well as the Korean culture linked to these disciplines. These three Korean martial arts form the pillars of our martial practice.

In 2012, this IHF HKD Spain project was initiated, with the support of the International HKD Federation.

Currently, this project continues to be supported by the International HKD Federation and is led by David Martínez, and backed by several other Black Belts (Carlos Leal, Jose Luis Villalón, Antonio Vivancos, Manolo Cobos and David M. Pichon). At the same time, all the Masters practice Hapkido within the legal framework regulated through the Royal Spanish Taekwondo Federation - Hapkido Department.

Our technical supervision in Hankido and Hankumdo is currently directed by Hoonsanim Alberto Gamboa, 8th Dan of the International HKD Federation, who is also the Representative of this Hapkido / Hankido / Hankumdo Federation in Chile.

The IHF HKD Spain Organization maintains the intention of bringing together Masters who practice HKD and supporters of the work style, but above all students and teachers who are eager to learn and especially to train.
